I don’t think anyone really needed any statement directed at them and then trying to get some kind of one up or told you so points thrown at them. The statement I made was not directed at everyone on this forum. Just the people who were writing this system off 2+ days out. I should have said “SOME people”. My apologies.
I don’t think differences of opinion or politely disagreeing and pointing out what may be wrong/right with a severe weather setup makes something “WX Twitter”This is getting like WX Twitter. I'm going to see my way out for a while. I'll be at the links below if you need me.
LolBut the unnecessary fussing is. Have a nice day.
This is exactly what I'm talking about.
Just stay in your backyard man. That's where I'm hedging my bets for action lolRight now I have my target as Star City, Arkansas. Gonna need to leave the house early and take an adventure through the Delta.
No, it’s more about you being melodramatic. No one was fussing, no one was cussing at each other or throwing insults. This is a dumb back and forth though so I’m finished responding. But the

I can drive back East to MS very quickly. I'll prob adjust my target again in CAM range.Just stay in your backyard man. That's where I'm hedging my bets for action lol
Stay safe out there! For those of you that have never chased in the Delta. Its a mystical place full of cotton fields, swamps, mosquitoes, flattest most open land in Dixie alley, and poor radar coverage. Also you have to be very strategic about where you setup so you can get back East across the MS river in reasonable time.
Yeah I'm really itching to see the WRFs. Those are my go to CAMsI can drive back East to MS very quickly. I'll prob adjust my target again in CAM range.
I like chasing in the Delta because I like to actually see the tornado instead of getting zero metered in the trees. The game completely changes the moment you get to the hills and I-55 corridor.
I usually look at the 12z WRFs, HRRR, and RAP on chase day.....try to compare them to find a consensus....and then compare to observational data. After that IYeah I'm really itching to see the WRFs. Those are my go to CAMs
Can't imagine the road network is very good either, even by the standards of the rural south. For those of you that have never chased in the Delta.
