I don’t see any rotation, but couldn’t rule out a spin-up knowing Cullman. Might have some small hail though

I’m starting to wonder if NWS Huntsville is playing whack-a-mole with these blanket tornado warnings over Sand Mountain?

It seems that way. There are different philosophies with this, I guess. Some NWS offices do it this way, others would probably just do a severe thunderstorm warning with a tornado possible tag.

Giant Flash Flood Warning that goes from Moulton to Bridgeport. Good thing there won’t be much of a rush hour this morning in Huntsville with it being a federal holiday.
