Severe Weather Threat 4/28-4/30

Shocking (sarcasm). Didn’t think we’d close the month out like this after an insane March and early April.
After hearing all this would it be better for the SPC to forecast based off possible failure modes or something else. I see this discussion often, but wonder if the discussion leads to something productive.

I'm also guessing the SPC has a specific protocols compared to *arm-chaired weather enthusiast" who if running the SPC would do it differently?

Oh that wasn’t a shot at the SPC. They’ve been phenomenal this year. You’re going to have a bu$t every once in a while, it’s just a given.

I was more saying the atmosphere hasn’t cooperated lately for tornados lol

Yes SPC has been great, but what is happening to outlooks being copied and pasted more. Lol. I always read every day 1 so I can tell you it’s a recent thing. Ok I’m done :D

That bow echo in Pennsylvania is nasty as hell. Already has produced widespread damage across the Pittsburgh metro and then the counties to the east. Now approaching State College.
