There’s some credence I believe to thatStorms still really struggling in Oklahoma while going crazy in Kansas and Texas. Something up with Oklahoma the past few years. Doesn’t seem to produce like it used to.
There's a long train of cells stretching at least from Knox City, TX, to Electra, TX. I wouldn't be surprised if that area ends up under some kind of flood advisory later today.

* Until 900 PM CDT.
* At 506 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2.5 to 5 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

Has to be. I think mesoscale analysis was under doing CIN, especially in OklahomaI'm scratching my head just a tad, but, I'm thinking there may be some temporary a CINH issue then towards sunset, the cells really take off with some cooling above?
