Maybe cycling? Looks like it took a jog to the left but it’s still gonna pass very close to Lincoln.Interestingly, not much much rotation with the Beaver Crossing and Wilber, NE cells and nothing on the live streams there, despite being farther east and in a greater area of concern than the Elba, NE was.

Cycling would mean it was spinning hard to begin with, but it's been pretty tepid on velocity the whole time, and no tornadoes have been reported there.Maybe cycling? Looks like it took a jog to the left but it’s still gonna pass very close to Lincoln.
I thought there was a TORR on that one earlier but I might have confused it with one of the other storms up there.Cycling would mean it was spinning hard to begin with, but it's been pretty tepid on velocity the whole time, and no tornadoes have been reported there.
Edit: Chasers say it's trying though.
Nothing confirmed in east Nebraska yet. We'll see how it evolves.I thought there was a TORR on that one earlier but I might have confused it with one of the other storms up there.
Looks like they are finally starting to develop some more significant low level rotation. It don’t think it’ll be long before those two cells in SE Nebraska start producing tornadoes. Both are clearly organizing.
