The proximity of these two is ludicrous, especially considering they're both dropping tornadoes with serious debris signatures.

At least the northern storm is basically over open country now. The southern one might be a problem for Underwood and Neola though.
 
I think it's time to re-think the SPC risk system. It's clearly broken.

Something needs to take forecast confidence into effect. So we don't end up with "conditional" Enhanced risks with multiple tornado emergencies.

Something like High Risk / Low Confidence or Moderate Risk / High Confidence. A dual rating system that captures both the potential ceiling of the event and confidence that it will occur.
