TORE polygon has been expanded, but dropped it from a TORE to a PDS. Assuming they will just let the TORE expire.

Omaha cell is about to merge, will need to watch that closely over the next several minutes. Earlier, the Lincoln cell produced almost immediately after completing the merger.
