If all is correct, that long track tornado in TX was only moving at ~25-30MPH average forward speed. How fast have these storms been moving today?

At 25 to 30 mph that comes out to be 95 to 114 miles. If all is correct, that long track tornado in TX was only moving at ~25-30MPH average forward speed.

Yeah, that is true.If that's the case it won't be a record path length.
Even so that is still impressive. If that's the case it won't be a record path length.

One possibility is the Woodward, OK tornado from 1947. It tracked 98 miles through Texas before reaching Oklahoma. If that's the case it won't be a record path length.

Oh, I didn't mean path length. I meant total time from when the tornado touched down to when it lifted. Sorry for the confusion. If that's the case it won't be a record path length.
3 hours and 48 minutes may be a record for the length of time.Oh, I didn't mean path length. I meant total time from when the tornado touched down to when it lifted. Sorry for the confusion.
