That cell needs a tornado warning. Still just a SVR...and the rotating part of the storm is about to track out of that polygon.
Interestingly, it doesn't even have a TOR Possible tag.

The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Texas...
Central Liberty County in southeastern Texas...
Northeastern Harris County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 115 PM CST.

* At 1237 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located near Plum Grove, or 8 miles northeast of
Kingwood, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
Plum Grove around 1245 PM CST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Moss
Hill and Tarkington Prairie.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Many central plain April setups never had numbers this high, let alone Dixie alley in late December.

That’s what happens when you have surface temps and dew points in the 70s with tropospheric temps below freezing just above 700mb.
 
The way we have rows of strong-to-severe convection almost reminds me a bit of the convective presentation of April 2020.
