The Truman, MN, storm appears to be struggling to produce a tornado. There were several reports of a tornado, but it seems to have been more like a gustnado.

...And as I'm typing this, a legitimate tornado is now developing on the storm.

Ngl this storm mode is a LOT more isolated than forecast. When shear increases we might have a problem on out hands.

it’s so weird to be in mid april talking about upper midwest tornado outbreaks, but here we are.

this event is about absolutely pop off. crazy environment those cells are about to tap in to.
