yeah thankfully was over water but was an interesting sight to see

12z Euro is now in line with the GFS with a low pressure system ejecting over Iowa Tuesday evening. Doesn't look like it has as much of a negative tilt as before, so still plenty of uncertainty. The 18z GFS does have the trough digging a little further south though.

hopefully nothing crazy with those two synoptic and multiple mesoscale setups im guessing the one on june 23rd has a weak trough ejection as well as the one from tuesday wednesday timeframe

Hail-driven enhanced risk (with hatching) up for portions of central Montana today, with a corresponding 5% tornado contour. Slight risk extends into much of the High Plains.

While it doesn't look like a huge tornado threat, could be a surprise gem for chasers somewhere out there today.
