I understand that, but if you have rain throughout the WW area, it should greatly limit the severe weather chances due to the cooled air.
Sometimes yes… sometimes no. Nothing is 100% until it happens. The weather is. It as simple as a lot of people think.

The SPC just issued MD# 267. If you have not already, I would go read it :)

And as I type this the SPC just issued their latest D1 update.

Look man, my opinion is that due to all of the rain over the WW area has greatly deteriorated the chances for severe thunderstorms. Could a storm still hit severe criteria? Sure, it could, but I believe it's highly unlikely, due to all the rain that has kind of just sat over the WW area for the past few hours now. Temperatures across the region are in the mid to upper 50's. Fill free to disagree, but that's my take.
