13Z slight risk upgrade with the addition of a 2% tornado contour. Giving me deja vu on this 20th anniversary. Ironically southern Wisconsin had a tornado risk on the 10th anniversary, too (8/18/15). Four weak tornadoes were confirmed in the southeastern corner of the state (Racine, Walworth and Waukesha Counties).

We've got a severe thunderstorm warning for Dane county! Definitely getting some nice rumbles and the rain really poured for a few minutes. This is a nice storm to just enjoy. No huge threats for anyone safe inside their house, but lots of thunder and lightning.
