No, it’s $10 or so for the base app (it’s on PC, too) but i have a a few extra features. There’s a few bugs but I’d say worth it.

If you’re looking for a free app, SupercellWx and WeatherWise are great. The latter is actually accessible on the web.

DBZ values on the cell near Higgins are now more consistently between 30-50.

Considering that both nearby radar beam heights are scanning several thousand feet high, it’s safe to say the storm has developed a robust updraft.

The cell is located between Higgins TX and Arnett OK.

That cell might the one. Thankfully it's in the middle of God's country with nothing out there but cattle and tumbleweed.

Yeah think it’s safe to say that storm is off and running with a meso clearly visible on velocities. Pretty sparsely populated area for now

ETA: looks like that blip by canton may make a run at being establish as well with a meso visible there. Those storms where you can see a meso so early in their reflectivity always concern me.
