That one came dangerously close to Yellow Springs; my favorite small town in Ohio.

I’m also concerned about what this will bring to the Columbus metro.

I go up there to hike frequently. Gorgeous place. It seems the Miami Valley is really working its magic on these storms this morning, unfortunately.

The tornado that formed near Springfield and Harmony appears to still be ongoing. Definitely did some damage near South Vienna.

Looks like a reflectivity debris ball there. I don’t think I’ve seen one in OH since Memorial Day 2019.

I gotta say, TCMH was invaluable during this event. Without it, Columbus would be smack dab in the middle of a horrid radar hole and we wouldn't have gotten such great data of the Jersey tornado, among others.

Yeah I used to live right by the base. This is the second tornado to touch down there. The 2019 Beavercreek EF3 actually touched down on base property, but didn’t start destroying structures until it entered nearby housing.
