Dunno if it's Flagstaff or Phoenix but they have not been doing a good job out here lol. A lot of the tornadoes have had warnings too late or badly placed.

Storm northwest of Forest Lakes Estates might have a shot at becoming tornadic.

Could be a Denver Vorticity Convergence Zone (DVCZ) esque effect, where winds towards the mountains are forced around, locally increasing vorticity. The DVCZ is known to produce tornadoes seemingly out of nowhere
