Local news is already relaying reports of injuries in the areas northwest of Dayton.

Velocity signature keeps pulsing, the last scan has it nearly G2G again. Ohhh man debris ball just came back after crossing a major road

Maybe weakening a bit? In relative terms, it's still a very strong signature.

Latest scan shows 147mph G2G. I don't think it necessarily weakened. I think it grew larger and has undergone the usual strength fluctuations that a violent high-end tornado usually does.
