Hey sorry to distract from the main event, but is this another TDS with the northern cell. Looks kinda oblong and weird so I’m not sure

Winona is where I-55 and Highway 82 intersect. Highway 82 is a divided highway that runs to Starkville/Columbus and travels through Eupora and as heavily traveled for that area. I've been through there many times when I lived in Mississippi.

MESOSCALE DISCUSSION 0332
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
0927 PM CDT FRI MAR 24 2023

AREAS AFFECTED...PARTS OF NORTH-CENTRAL INTO NORTHEASTERN MS

CONCERNING...TORNADO WATCH 76...

VALID 250227Z - 250330Z

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 76 CONTINUES.

SUMMARY...STRONG TO INTENSE (EF2-EF3) TORNADO THREAT SHOULD CONTINUE
NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEASTERN MS IN A
FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT.

DISCUSSION...AN INTENSE NORTHEASTWARD-MOVING TORNADIC SUPERCELL IS
ONGOING ACROSS CARROLL COUNTY MS, WITH RECENT VROTS AROUND 70 KT AND
DEEP/WELL-DEFINED TDS. THIS STORM STILL HAS PLENTY OF RESIDENCE TIME
IN THE OPEN WARM SECTOR AS BOUNDARY-LAYER MOISTURE SURGES NORTH INTO
NORTH-CENTRAL INTO NORTHEASTERN MS -- CHARACTERIZED BY MIDDLE/UPPER
60S SURFACE DEWPOINTS. THIS FAVORABLE BOUNDARY-LAYER MOISTURE,
COUPLED WITH LARGE LOOPING HODOGRAPHS (AROUND 400 M2/S2 0-1 KM SRH)
SAMPLED BY THE GWX VWP SHOULD SUPPORT A CONTINUED THREAT OF A STRONG
TO INTENSE TORNADO DURING THE NEXT 30-60 MIN.

Storm looks like it might be taking a slight southward jog of downtown Winona. The problem is there's quite a few neighborhoods and other facilities there.

TOR-E again and a bit of a NE jog over the last several minutes maybe, this may come into downtown Winona (or the south side at least)

It might be a bit insensitive but in a DM with ColdFront I mooted the possibility, however remote, that the decade long "no-EF5" streak might just be ending tonight. Still far from assured, but if that monster slams Winona - neighborhood or downtown - at peak....
