Yeah the ground here in eastern PA is still kinda spongy from multiple rounds of TS remnants/training thunderstorms, so.. this isn't ideal. I'm hoping I'll end up just a tad north of where the heaviest band sets up, but wherever that ultimately happens, somebody's gonna get walloped. Really not liking the signals for isolated spots hitting 10"+, especially when FFG for a lot of the area is under 2".High risk of excessive rainfall tomorrow for a heavily populated segment of the northeast. Looks like it includes Philadelphia and the NY/NJ metro area. Moderate risk includes DC, Baltimore, and Boston. A lot of this area is already saturated after a few weeks of heavy rain (including TS Henri in the northeast).
