Another Tornado Warning. This one is for Jackson Co Mississippi. Going to be a long day/night.
The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
Central Jackson County in southern Mississippi...

* Until 345 PM CDT

* At 310 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Hickory Hills, or near Moss Point, moving
northwest at 35 mph.

Mid-town just had a nice band of rain through but it's not very breezy here at home now. My back porch faces west so I have a cool viewing area. House barometer holding steady at 1013mb.

I wonder if ole Nate might start to make that turn NNE a little quicker. Looks like that boundary to the NNE is starting to influence things a bit. Looks like it on infared, but could just be a wobble to my eye....

They just cancelled all of our watches in ATL. Was that smart?

Mid-town Mobile: currently raining hard enough to disrupt DirectTV signal. Beginning to get enough wind to get the trees dancing. My boys are amazed that we've not had thunder or lighting. I've told them it's early in this adventure.

Mid-town Mobile: currently raining hard enough to disrupt DirectTV signal. Beginning to get enough wind to get the trees dancing. My boys are amazed that we've not had thunder or lighting. I've told them it's early in this adventure.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN BALDWIN COUNTY...

At 631 PM CDT, a confirmed waterspout was located just offshore over
Orange Beach, moving northwest at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed waterspout moving onshore.
