The tornado hit the exact filming position of photos 5 and 7 at EF5 intensity; the house in photo 7 was completely wiped.

The images and videos where you can clearly make out the dark wedge are some of the scariest pieces of tornado footage out there tbh. The supercell was awfully dark and off-putting for most of its life.

To round the dump off here's a video still that I cannot 100% confirm is Hackleburg, but given it's claimed to be the Counce, TN EF2 it's very obviously not that tornado either. Kinda has that Mount Hope area look:

Thanks for posting these. Other than Ringgold, there is basically no footage of the North Georgia tornadoes, probably due to most of them being late night and in somewhat less populated areas. The only videos I have seen are videos people have taken showing the constant lightning during the time of the Bartow and Troup County tornadoes. Strangely I can't find these anymore on Youtube

Hackleburg-PC is one of the few tornadoes (along with Western KY '21 and maybe Joplin, Moore and Vilonia) from modern times that in my opinion are comparable to some of the enigmatic catastrophes of the past, like Tri-State and Woodward.

To round the dump off here's a video still that I cannot 100% confirm is Hackleburg, but given it's claimed to be the Counce, TN EF2 it's very obviously not that tornado either. Kinda has that Mount Hope area look:

I'm pretty sure the fire department near Counce posted this on their FB page back then so I find it hard to believe it actually is Hackleburg

It physically cannot be Counce; satellite has the max with at like 250-something yards along an extremely short track. I used to think it was that tornado based off the Hardin County post but the vegetation in the video paired with the size makes it highly unlikely. It's most likely a case of some news agency/the FD obtaining inaccurate information and posting it in the chaos of that day.

Smooth wedge makes me kinda think Smithville but there are a total of four pixels in the photograph so it could literally be any of them. I will say Smithville and New Wren happened early on in their respective round of the outbreak so I kinda wonder if the decent lighting on the photo is due to that.
