The updated information on the Dresden tornado is important information though. While hardly the longest track of the night, 71 miles is still extremely impressive.

Aerial footage of the incredible tree damage near Buckeye, Arkansas
Definitely enough for an EF4 tree damage rating, but MEG doesn't strike me as the type of WFO to do that.

If you go to James Spann’s Weather Brains live YouTube feed, they are going in depth about this tornado outbreak, especially the social science aspect of communicating warnings.

Obviously pales in comparison to what happened further northeast, but any details on the initial touchdowns from the eventual beast; near Jonesboro/Bay, AR? Was that image of "twins" near Bay legit?
Yeah that was real. There's photos and videos of them from different angles. One of them produced EF2 damage iirc.

Speaking of which, Augusta/Tupelo, AR tornado (from the line of additional supercells behind the "beast") rated EF2:
They don't seem to have released survey information yet for the early part of the "beast's" track, actually. Wikipedia's list has the first tornado in AR as being the first long-tracker from Monette to Samburg, TN.

I was planning to be near Reelfoot Lake to start the chase that evening. Day job kept me busy too long so I sat it out. Thankfully.

I only knew the event was actually performing when I checked notifications and saw something from a chat mentioning a new record of 283mph g2g, suffice to say it still feels like something out of a fictional event someone drew up and even then would be incredibly unrealistic

So sad but does not surprise me. I was working at UPS in Southaven during The Super Tuesday Outbreak. They called for a meeting to say we were working late. When we were leaving, someone pointed out there were tornados in the area. The supervisor literally said "ok, UPS employees can stay here. Adecco (temps) employees go back to work". A warehouse less than a half a mile away had casualties. Insane.

I cross-compared the tree damage coordinates with the strongest radar scan location , they can perfectly match.
Also to add about, according to James Bryant, the Quad State tornado had the most violent radar presention ever documented in AR since 1996, well surpassing Vilonia 2014 and Etna 2011.

More than 283mph...I tracked the whole event that I can say there're AT LEAST three peaks of g2g higher than 280mph....which means, this tornado just broke the g2g record for at least three times...
The strongest one near Bremen KY, with a unbelievable record g2g range from 290-310mph, accompained by a vrot of 134kt, only behind 2013 El Reno.What's more crazy was that the tornado was ~40mi from the radar, even more distant than any other high g2g monster like El Reno 2013, Greensburg 2007,Tuscaloosa 2011, Mullinville 2008
This boy had a 308mph g2g
Nelson Tucker had 299mph
Some past time high end rating CMU foundation houses other than Pakersburg's one

This was the first EF5 rating house of Hackleburg. Some part of CMU foundation blown away. It was not reinforced and may not completely swept clean and was questioned by Tim Marshall
This was from Rainsville. Upgraded to EF5 and discribed by Extremeplanet as one of the most intense damage ever surveyed. This was near leftfinger Road when tornado in its peak intensity.
This was the 191mph point from Pilger West. Some stem walls knocked out.
Then this was Bremen
I just can't tell It was weaker than those previous ones when actual bolt and nuts present.

At 2:55, and when they show the house again at the end of the video, it looks like half the foundation was pulled up a bit.
Just FYI, this isn’t the first time that a tornado has caused fatalities at an Amazon warehouse. There was an EF1 on November 3, 2018 that struck the Amazon warehouse in Baltimore, MD and blew in a concrete exterior wall, killing 3 employees. Needless to say, it’s not a good look for the company, and the higher-ups need to find a way to prioritize their employees safety and have a tornado plan. It’s ridiculous that the 2018 Baltimore incident didn’t result in any reform of any kind.
