Like mid to high-end EF4.Those anchor bolts appear to be closely spaced, and likely above the standard for what is considered "well-anchored" (3 feet apart or less) by engineers. Plus, that appears to be a very strong and thick poured concrete slab foundation, with no apparent use of CMUs. In other words, barring any glaring contextual discrepancies, this is a strong violent candidate.
