TDS southwest of Williams, SC.
Ulmer tornado appears to still be on the ground.

I'm on GR2AE and the CC drop never went away before producing a new tornado. I'll see if I can loop it and post it here, the original tornado never dissipated and no handoff ended up taking place. That’s a new tornado. There was a meso handoff after the Ulmer tornado occluded.View attachment 13230
It could be, but looking at radar loops, it looks like one continuous TDS to me.That’s a new tornado. There was a meso handoff after the Ulmer tornado occluded.
Yeah I also don't think it was a new tornado, pretty big cc drop on latest scan tooI'm on GR2AE and the CC drop never went away before producing a new tornado. I'll see if I can loop it and post it here, the original tornado never dissipated and no handoff ended up taking place.
I can't insert the proper link, but here it is:That’s a new tornado. There was a meso handoff after the Ulmer tornado occluded.View attachment 13230
Looks like this is maybe incorrect and it may impact Charleston proper. Very close still thoughYeah I also don't think it was a new tornado, pretty big cc drop on latest scan too
Very curious about the Beaufort Cell (Savannah area), general motion has it towards Charleston proper but thinking it MAY skirt just off the coast before reaching that area.
You know what you’re right. Really weird. I remember Moore 2013 doing this as well. Looked like it was occluding then blew up again in eastern Moore.I can't insert the proper link, but here it is:
The original tornado never dissipates. It's weird, because it looks like a handoff but it seems like the handoff never finished.
It almost looks like the RFD was trying to cycle but the tornado moved into the area of the RFD and blew up again. Loop the velocities on GR2 if you have it, it looks really weird. You know what you’re right. Really weird. I remember Moore 2013 doing this as well.
