Strangest watch ever, including the rationale for it. I thought they could retroactively add counties to watch 113 if deemed necessary?

I love how it mentions the possibility of "a couple of intense tornadoes", as if there may be more than one intense tornado in those 3 counties.

The Hot Springs cell is about to go, I think.

And the other cells I pointed out earlier are going to be problematic. They're all fledglings currently, but they're trying to rotate and they're in the best environment. Will be moving into central Arkansas.

Middleton storm in TN is developing a new mesocyclone, and wouldn't be surprised to see it mature. Like @wx_guy said, that storm north of Hot Springs, AR is prolly the most likely to go tornadic in Arkansas at the moment.
