Meanwhile, I bet that storm northwest of Denison, IA is rather pretty. Kinda sorry I wasn't able to swing the time off to be in western Iowa this evening, since today/tomorrow looks like the last setup for a while.

I think it’s starting to weaken and potentially starting to occlude. Looks like another circulation is trying to the southwest.

That is an extremely fast cycle, Washington and Slaughterville in big trouble
I admit I was intrigued when Trey tweeted on that sounding, especially with the cap gone.

That storm's forward flank is pretty well folded over in front of the meso, I bet you have to be right in the notch to see the tornado. Hope we don't have any more nasty chaser stories out of this. But it is central Oklahoma, at dusk, with a storm with tricky structure and motion so...
