I looked like it might’ve hit parts of Geneseo then immediately went right back up. I thought I saw a CC drop, if not just faint, pick up as it passed through.

Apparently a tornado touched down in Idaho today?

I mean the beam height from the Wichita radar at that distance of over 70 miles is like 6,000 feet, looking over a mile into the sky, so it's not ideal. Hard to see if there's a real tornado on the ground unless it's lofting debris 6,000 feet, and at that point, it's a considerable tornado.

It's actually in the sweet spot for producing a strong tornado, if it can just serendipitously tap into it.

It's got helluva velocity signature, but it's just not showing debris. It very well could be down, but just not lofting debris 6k feet. Or it could just be spinning like a top in its kingdom in the sky.
