Agreed. Really rough situation. Let's all hope it's duration is substantially less than its intensity.

For reference, the threshold for EF4+ debris lofting is around 20,000 feet according to recent research. Above 30,000 is insane.

Most definitely ef4 caliber tornado that hit near rolling fork.

Yeah ef4 atleast based off data.

2 years back I think 25 Mar 21 outbreak, we had a long track 1.6 mi wide EF3 go thru Bibb, Chilton & other counties. The CC looked certain EF4 but when surveyed it was 150 mph. I think that parent storm DID drop the Newnan GA EF4 though.

It will be extremely hard to find any DIs above high EF3 in small Mississippi towns so while no doubt EF4+ in intensity, surveys may not find much substantially constructed in such a very small town

Yes, I've been waving my hand about this. Major population area through Panola and Lafayette county, and with the lightning ramping up, it's clearly intensifying.
