One thing I've noticed, I'm a little jealous looking at these live streams and seeing how green everything is already getting in Alabama. We probably have another 4-5 weeks to wait for that around here.

Unfortunately, the second round has already begun back west in Louisiana, moving into Mississippi.

Yeah, which has to help us to some extent. We havent seen the sun all day in NE Bham. I know theres a lot ahead though.

I noticed the same thing in Tuscaloosa. Here, in north central Alabama, trees are just beginning to bud out and that's a bit early - maybe a couple of weeks. Flowering trees are blooming.

Got no satellite or internet and dial-up speed cell service here. Raining so hard it sounds like a constant waterfall. Most of the yard is flooded now and the basement is flooding badly. Definitely wasn't counting on this messy a warm sector.
