it looks like this storm has already passed over much of the more populated area of the town, as to the northwest it appears to be more rural, thankfully. Lot of rain on the backside of the new hook, so there's also potential for it to get undercut.

Yeah, it's occluding and cycling again. Moving to the north of town into a still potent environment. We may be tracking this one all afternoon.
