It's coming. Just hit 72F here (TCL). TD 68.2F.The clearing line is just to our south (if you’re in Tuscaloosa). Low 80s in Meridian.
With the line not fully congealed and multiple supercellular structures within it, as the trough pivots negative tilt (currently neutral), the flow will allow them to become more discrete. The line doesn't seem that much faster than modeling.It seems like the eastward progression of the line is outpacing the northward progression of the warm front. I wonder if the line can get into Alabama quickly enough that no discrete cells have time to form out in front and take advantage of the warm sector.
