How often is a PDS 'risk' issued for a moderate outlook? It doesn't seem to fit. Maybe PDS risk is in reference to the storms that DO form, while Moderate is in reference to the possibility of storm formation over a given area?

Ima little unclear on the concept.

Luckily that area is very rural in parts but still some populated areas. The area gets more populated as you move towards Jonesboro. Bears watching for long track potential.

Edit: To Jonesboro would not qualify for long track I don't think.
