...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CST FOR
NORTHWESTERN JEFFERSON DAVIS COUNTY...

AT 449 PM CST, A CONFIRMED LARGE AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TORNADO WAS
LOCATED NEAR HEBRON, OR 15 MILES SOUTH OF PINOLA, MOVING NORTHEAST AT
35 MPH.

THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. My friend's basement is windowless, thankfully. I'm hoping this storm passes over Florence quickly and painlessly. It sounds scary outside.

Just on the northern edge of Florence and we're having heavy rain.. gusty winds... and lots of lightning but most of the more severe events seem to be south of us in northern Colbert Co.

Brad Travis WAFF just said radar indicated wind speeds of 134 mph near Town Creek headed toward Courtland. This has to be a tornado but not confirmed yet
