Severe WX Wednesday/Thursday/Friday April 17th-19th Severe Threat

The storm SW of Carbon Hill seems to be building

I think they are done with TOR Watches for the night. Severe Thunderstorm Watch maybe?

Brett Adair posting damage near Morton, MS. If you don't already follow him on FB go for it. He always has great content.

Hmmmm...armchair eyeball survey of brick home with most exterior and some interior walls completely destroyed suggests low EF3...but wouldn't be surprised to see them lowball to EF2, especially with the flimsy-looking shed/chicken house unroofed but still standing in the background.

Surprised they didn't put Cullman County into the Tornado Watch

I'm also noticing that despite the SPC risk area (which is still pretty close) the CAMs did an awesome job of pinpointing the apex and mode of this. Very interesting to see.

HUN issues Severe Thunderstorm Warning [tornado: POSSIBLE, wind: 60 MPH, hail: 0.75 IN] for Cullman, Lawrence, Morgan [AL] till 8:00 PM CDT

That has to be for the storm near double springs. I am seeing rotation in that storm.
