Wasn’t one of the indicators of Patricia’s extreme intensity a thick, solid ring of -90 C cloud tops just enveloping the entire CDO basically instantly? Not saying this thing is at Patricia intensity because that’s clearly erroneous, but if you asked me what I thought the pressure was just looking at this storm on satellite, I’d guess easily below 905 mb, perhaps sub 900.

My predicted peak is 190 which will match Allen. I don’t think it will be done intensifying based on the latest satellite.
