Which one of these is good for spying a possible debis sig?

Correlation coefficient. Areas of low correlation (radar detects things that are of dissimilar shapes and sizes, usually depicted as greens and blues) would be your debris signature, especially if it lines up with the couplet on velocity and hook/debris ball (if present) on reflectivity.
