Severe Weather Threat June 15-23

Seeing forecasted sigtor approaching 10 is unusual for this time of year. I personally think we'll see at least one cell fire in the environment as it is indubitably very potent and pretty uncapped. (gfs cherrypick View attachment 44250
The NAM will turn anything into a PDS tor. It seems to be the worst case scenario model, but seeing this sounding from the GFS this close to showtime is, dare I say, alarming. Probably worth noting the kinematics here beat the ones that were projected for Tuesday across the board. Those are some crazy steep lapse rates, strong helicity, and high level shear. Where is that pulled from?

Just thought I'd pop in and say that there's zero reason in the year of our Lord 2025, that all sirens in a county should sound if there's only a smart part of the county under a Tornado Warning. This happened today in my county even though the warning was clear to the south. There was no need for the sirens in the northern part of the county to sound, but they still did. All it does is create unnecessary panic. Fill free to disagree, but that's how I feel.
