What occurred before tornado genesis is that a “nudger supercell” was ingested into the parent which produced an RFD surge.
The surface boundary as this was occurring was plummeting southward, which supplied the streamwise vorticity into the updraft as the nudger enhanced RFD surge happened.
That’s your very brief tornado, this supercell won’t put down another one.
