I saw a tweet which said 'dead man walking'. Now I understand whyView attachment 42364
The tornado was multi-vortex west of Gordon, TX, no idea if its still down
Is that what's called a dead man walking?View attachment 42364

Forcing over Oklahoma was nebulous at best, combine that with mid level dry air it’s no surprise. It’s why the NWS never went moderate for the area excluding the northwestern part.I’m very interested to see what happens tomorrow. Leaving that environment kinda untapped is going to be interesting for how the storms evolve tomorrow. If mode cooperates it’s gonna be a pretty high ceiling.

How’re the parameters around the metro?Wedge tornado utterly wrapped in rain heading towards a metropolitan area is no bueno, can only hope it falls apart before then.
Another view of I-70 up by Grinnell. Yikes.
