GFS is in line with the EURO in the D5-D8 range with widespread CAPE values of 5000+

There have been some pretty strong signals for northern Missouri and central Illinois for 2 or 3 days now, so I wouldn't be surprised if that area is upgraded to 30% if trends continue. The location and sharpness of the dryline has varied quite a lot everywhere outside that area, so there's nothing to indicate confidence will be any higher anywhere else for at least the next few days.
