Good old fashioned CAD ice storm going here. 2/10" on the trees out front with a high of 31 today and temps in the upper-20s most of the day. Little surprised we don't have more with light precip most of the day but I'm not mad.

Looking forward to the pattern flip. AO forecast to tank with a +PNA will hopefully give us another one. Need one more good storm to get close to our average (around 22" here at the house, little higher in Boone, we're currently at 16" on the season).

all of them but the last one, it got up to 50 today so a lot of it has already melted thankfully

While I’m up waiting for the heavy weather to pass, what are some thoughts about the Wednesday 2/19 system over the South? At first glance, it looks like snow for Tennessee and a cold rain for Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia.

Im wondering the same thing. My aunt's weather app said there was going to be some snow, but it looks like itll be only in extreme north Alabama if anything.
