There's been more and more tornadoes or tornado threats happening in mid/late-October in recent years. But still not as frequent as November/December onward.

Where did said threat take place? Did you previously see this threat in a model run?

Well there's not much to tell except that I remember sending out my daily weather texts (which is something I've done since September 2010 to friends/family across North MS and beyond) telling them Happy Thanksgiving and that a severe weather threat is likely or something next week. So by that the threat would be for the Mid-South region into Alabama. I don't believe that I looked at a model in the dream.

On a long-range forecast is like using the magic eight ball, but it appears that we may be breaking our drought by the end of this month and 1st of November in this part of Texas, especially up toward Dallas.

This system has Texas and Oklahoma in its sights. Too far out to make a precise forecast, but it looks to be really, really strong. It's caught my attention even this far away, and I'm already watching it. It cuts off before the system can move further east, but it looks like it's holding together through to Arkansas as it reaches the Mississippi River. The model I was looking at their cuts off at that point, like to see if it shows up again tomorrow.
