Any other potential winter storms on the horizon? I want one that gives south central Alabama some snow! It seems like there might be some opportunities looking at model runs, but I don't see anything consistent.

It wouldn't surprise me if we saw another potential before end of month given the general pattern.

This is for Monday morning, 6AM...We are below freezing every night, EXCEPT this one. Our forecasted low is 34 degrees for Selma, AL with a 20% chance of rain. It is rare to get the cold temps and the precip here at the same time. We will be 20 degrees Saturday night, 34 Sunday night, then back to the 20s the next few nights.

I had seen the Euro predict snow for Houston over to Jacksonville 22-3 January with a bitter cold weather air mass moving in.

OK, James Spann shows the GFS with another very cold blast with snow coming in 10 days & the EURO in 11. The EURO 1st brings rain but turns it to snow. @JPWX
