right absolutely that could have been scud by the way or a scary looking cloud but as long as it isnt rotating then it wouldnt be a funnel but could be a cold air funnel which is also harmless

i believe its rising motion from a cloud or low level clouds that are wispy looking

oh nice looks like you caught a shelf cloud possibly and possibly a wall cloud too or possibly scud
