The Matador tornado yesterday (4/24/25) hit nothing but honey mesquites, prairie acacia, and Harvard oaks; but it was undoubtedly violent in intensity. This is absolutely not the only case of a obviously violent tornado doing nothing but vegetation damages; I want this thread to exist as a place to talk about them in specific.
Off the top of my head I think of 1995, with Hoover, Kellerville, and Allison Texas; same for Dimmit and Friona. Camp Cook 2018 can be counted as well, it threw a tractor over the state border!! The South Plains TX (6/12/2005) tornado event is another notable one, I've never seen anyone talk about it. So please, feel free to go crazy on examples, give these tornadoes justice!
