Weatherbrains did a full episode tonight of the Texas floods. I might wait a few days to listen. This event is too overwhelming right now.
Idk. Maybe it hasn't been updated? I'm just directly quoting the "legislative director of NWS Employees organization". Seems like he'd know which positions are filled and which are vacant.
