Hurricane, WV is also in that warning.

Never thought I'd see the day Hurricane and Tornado got put under a Tornado Warning. Also, I'm shocked no one has mentioned that this line is literally just spitting out rotation like there's no tomorrow.

I count at least three couplets in that polygon, one with the comma head and two further south with notches in the line, and close to the KRLX radar.

Hopefully KRLX stays online. Those are some fierce winds down low. I work in utilities, we've had reports of extensive damage in central and NE KY.

More of a comma head or "bookend" vortex. Hook echo is generally used more in reference to the reflectivity appendage that forms in relation to the mesocyclone in discrete supercell thunderstorms.

I know we’ve established moisture wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, but some of the clearings around OH/KY being shut off by cloud cover plus this additional crapvection could really lid things off up North.

Family says sun is already coming out in Dayton. There may very well be enough time for recovery, and would I would not be dismissive of the northern threat area at this point.

Maybe, but I severely doubt it as this was expected.
Look at the dry slot punching its way up north immediately behind the convection.
