New video of the strong wedge tornado that struck between two towns in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina, on the afternoon of 07/31, it took less than 4 minutes to develop into an imposing wedge. At the end, it looks as if the entire clockwise mesocyclone is touching down!

Severe and tornadic conditions (for the Southern Hemisphere) are expected to develop today in the central part of the SESA plains (Southeastern South America plains), with severe thunderstorms initially occurring sporadically this afternoon (when the risk of tornadoes will be highest) and then shifting to a linear pattern that will sweep across all of central-eastern Argentina and Uruguay overnight and into the early morning hours of tomorrow.

As predicted, a discrete left-moving tornadic supercell with a very pronounced Northside Hook Echo developed south of the Argentine provinces of Santa Fe and Entre Ríos, producing this strong tornado between the towns of Bernardo de Irigoyen and San Genaro, Santa Fé:
