Reminder that it was a drillbit. Very small IF4 core, which was also not consistent due to often occurring vortex breakdowns. It can only throw cars, and even then, there are a few very impressive examples of car damage.
Also, in one of the pictures of the tree damage, where it's an aerial showing the blow down, you can see one tree getting lighter and lighter the closer to the center it was, and it was also broken kn hundreds of pieces at the end, while being completely debarked
tbh, violent drillbits are famous for doing insane vehicle damage. There were so many drillbits in history did impressive vehicle damages. Pampa, Dalton, Planfield, Sibley, Marion, Seward, Wilkin county, Eile, Mulvane etc
It's easy to understand because violent brilliants tend to have larger portion of vertical winds compared to horizontal winds which can lift vehicles easily.

Well, South Moravia wasnt anywhere as strong as them. Pampa, Plainfield and Elie are extreme ones, idk about the other ones. Also, SM IF4 was probably much smaller, and then again, had weakening and intensifying periods. Most of the time car mangling is done bc the tornado is able to hold the car for long enough and smash it into the ground, while SM was able to only pick them up and instantly throw them. Also, here are some images of the helical vortices that i keep talking aboutimage.pngincrediblehelical.png1682009898193.png206937882_10218886061646877_2725527282199811240_n.png

Another thing may need to be append here is some tree species in Czech may very likely different than what we commonly see in US.
For the before/after view of Hrusky, that incredible grove of debarked trees can be seen in the middle of the pic, too far that hard to really tell the specie. But all other trees, shurbs had most leaves left and all houses nearby only had their roofs partially damaged, which shouldn't be considered impressive even for sturdy houses in EU, just that whole groves of trees were completely debarked. I think it should be mentioned that tree species are different in different continent and different species can be more or less prone to be debarked by tornado.

"majority of the walls and ceilings of the brick houses were able to withstand F2 - F3 winds. During the survey, I saw walls that withstood impact of airborne cars."
So roofs and exterior walls were able to withstand winds of anywhere between 113 up to at least 158 mph, without being giving away. Also, airborne cars smashing into walls should normally knock them down pretty much no matter what.
And this is Hrusky, which suffered no more than IF3 damage, and the tornado was also much wider and weaker. These trees got IF3, but at the end of the survey, they point out that tree damage on the IF scale may sometimes be overrated, and might not correlate with the damage done to structures near the trees

The nightmare just doesn't end for the victims of the February 6 earthquake in Turkey and Syria. A tornado hit a disaster relief camp in Pazarcık, killing two and injuring 46.

On September 18 and 19, a significant two-day tornado outbreak spawned six tornadoes in Russia and Ukraine. Two tornadoes killed three people and at least eight other people were injured.

Buryn, Ukraine F2
This high-end F2 tornado devastated residential areas in Buryn, Ukraine. One person was killed after being crushed by a collapsing wall and eight others were injured, some severely. Homes had their roofs completely torn off, and some lost exterior walls. Vehicles were tossed and destroyed as well.

Shurovo, Ukraine F1
This tornado downed trees and power poles and partially to completely stripped roofs from homes.

Olgovka, Russia F1-F2
This tornado destroyed outbuildings and partially to completely stripped roofs from homes in Olgovka. Trees were snapped and denuded as well. It appeared as a thin rope tornado for much of its life, though took on the appearance of a large cone/small wedge tornado in its mature stage. The ESWD mentions that the F1 rating may be upgraded to F2.

L'gov, Russia F2-F3
This massive wedge tornado impacted at least 200 homes, some of which lost roofs and exterior walls. Multiple large trees were also uprooted, snapped or denuded, and high tension power poles were destroyed.

Kursk, Russia F1-F2
A significant nighttime tornado struck the Automotive Technical College in the Volokno district of Kursk. Two people were killed, one by flying debris as a dormitory had its roof torn off, and another person was killed by a falling tree. The rating may be upgraded to F2.

Svecha, Russia F2
This significant tornado fortunately didn't impact any structures, but devastated forested areas. Large trees were reduced to stumps with 100% blowdown in some areas. The maximum path width was at least 200 meters wide. In my opinion this tornado (along with the Buryn F2) almost certainly reached F3 intensity.

Update to this post:

The Buryn, Ukraine tornado was upgraded to F3. One of the damage points rated as such:
FdH6HtwWIAAPjxS

One person also got video of it; the only existing footage as far as I know. The storm may have been rain-wrapped.

Non-watermarked version of the Kursk, Russia tornado video:

One of the fatalities was apparently a man trying to film the tornado. He was struck in the abdomen by a piece of debris that entered through the window of his dorm room. As mentioned, the other victim was killed by a falling tree.

This outbreak resulted in Ukraine's strongest tornado since 2012 and its first tornado fatality since 2005, as well as Russia's deadliest tornado of 2022. This was also the second tornado outbreak to affect both Russia and Ukraine in 2022.

Just another reminder that if anyone thinks tornadoes care about wars, international boundaries and whatnot - they are sorely mistaken.

Major tornado disaster in Myanmar yesterday.
8 killed and more than 100 injured already.

This seems to be a very rare event in this area.589463-342382162_1463527464450908_3672793870171835903_n-730x365.jpg589462-342066823_775998810771863_268067912170032703_n-730x365.jpg20230422_162952.jpg

Spectacular footage of deadly tornado in turkey on April 20

I believe this was actually the second F1 that occurred in the Tatlıçayır area, after the fatal one that hit the camp. Videos from the camp show a lot of swirling debris but no visible funnel.

Also, seems like there has been an unusually high number of significant tornadoes in the middle-east so far this year.

Sometimes I wonder if stuff like this has always happened but only now is it being reported due to the Internet and social media (easier to prevent word about it getting out before the internet and globalization) and sometimes I wonder if maybe it's a symptom of climate and change and tornadoes are going to start occurring all over the world in greater rates. The problem is with less than a century of reliable records for tornadoes in the USA alone it's impossible to say at this point.

Myanmar is another country that sees more tornadoes than people realize, but yeah, deadly ones of this strength are rare. Third deadliest tornado worldwide this year after Rolling Fork and McNairy County.

Any notable Indonesian tornadoes for this year?
Apart from the January 13, 2023 Sumedang tornado I only know of a few other weak tornadoes. Unless I missed something, Indonesian tornadoes have not resulted in any injuries or fatalities so far this year, and let's hope it stays that way.
