Severe WX Severe Wx Outbreak March 1st- 3rd, 2023 - Southern States, MS/OH/TN Valley

Tomorrow's already a slight risk day, might as well add it to the thread
Is tomorrow part of Thursday’s outbreak?

I am still on the fence about adding states under slight risk with D1-3 range bc slight risks can be issued so often. I added states under slight risk for THIS thread because there were higher risks involved for the same time period. Starting a thread or adding states to a thread for a period that is ONLY under a slight risk still seems iffy to me… idk :/

Areas in slight risks however, are often times placed under some sort of WW on D1. So I don’t know :/

This thursday event truly comes in view on the long range HRRR tonight at around 7 or 8 o'clock.
The 3km nam has issues lol.. so id trust the long range HRRR and WRF the most, the WRF comes out as well tonight.
And THAT is what I am looking forward to… as well as what the short term models say about where I live (West C GA) on FRIDAY.

They may add a enchanched area for tomorrow's threat as mentioned in the outlook. Either way I think if there's any bad weather tommorow it'll come to this thread wether there's a date for it or not. Lol

Banter at this point but it'd be way way way easier if it was just 3/1/23-3/3/23 Severe Weather Outbreak also would be better for archive purposes.

Good point, adding tomorrow’s states would make the thread title longer. Now that the event covers a wider area over several days and numerous states than previously thought, so I’ve renamed the thread. My thread titling will be back though lol

I hope everyone is aware and stays SAFE. Don’t be a darn Clem!!!
